Who we are. Torrey Line LLC ("we") is a network / POS assessment business in San Diego, California. Contact: [email protected].
What this site collects. Nothing, unless you send it. The self-check runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not transmitted or stored by us. If you choose to send your result, we receive the name, business name, email address, optional phone number, and the answers you submitted. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
How we use what you send. To reply to you, schedule a walkthrough or assessment, and keep a record of our correspondence. Incoming messages are processed by an automated assistant that helps us draft a reply; a person reviews anything that commits to a price or a time before it is sent. We do not use your message to train any third party's models. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the service providers that carry it: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of the form) and Proton (our email). Both act on our instructions.
Retention. Correspondence and client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period California tax and contract rules require afterwards, then deleted.
Your choices. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted; we answer within 30 days. We honour "unsubscribe" on any message we send. This site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not track.
California residents. We are a small business below the thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act; we still apply its principles above. This notice satisfies the California Online Privacy Protection Act's requirement for a conspicuous privacy policy on a site that collects personal information from Californians.
Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes. We will post any change here with a new date.
